About the Company

A New Talent Platform Purpose-Built for Cyber Security REX was created with one mission: to transform how cyber security talent is identified, engaged, and hired. Cyber security Talent is different. It's fast-moving, highly specialised, and mission-critical. Yet most hiring platforms and recruitment models still treat it like any other technical job market, resulting in slow processes, irrelevant applicants, recruiter noise, and missed opportunities where speed and accuracy matter most. REX changes that. Our platform combines tailored role scoping, AI-powered talent matching, and deep cyber market expertise to connect organisations with the most relevant professionals from a network of over 150,000 cyber security specialists. Built by Locke & McCloud, the global leader in cyber security recruitment, REX is the result of eight years of market insight, data, and hands-on experience delivering cyber talent to organisations worldwide. With REX, companies can attract, assess, and hire cyber security professionals through one streamlined platform - managing everything from CV review and interview scheduling to feedback and offers - supported by data-driven insights that improve hiring decisions over time.
