Responsibilities
- ● Provide SAP application support to factory users, particularly in SAP PP, PM, and QM modules, including analyzing and resolving system usage issues, with a primary focus on the PP module.
- ● Maintain SAP system configuration and prepare Functional Specification documents for system enhancements and coordinate with the ABAP team for development.
- ● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to users on the responsible SAP modules.
- ● Coordinate with end users, SAP consultants, vendors, and relevant teams to resolve issues and improve system performance.
- ● Support SAP system integration with other systems and perform other related duties as assigned.
- ● Ability to analyze SAP users' requirements (AS-IS) and provide appropriate system design or solution recommendations to support users' needs (TO-BE).
- ● Understanding of business processes, functional requirements, and technical aspects of SAP systems.
- ● Experience in troubleshooting SAP issues and coordinating with the ABAP team to prepare Functional Specifications for enhancements, reports, or interfaces.
- ● ABAP programming skills would be an advantage and will be considered a special qualification.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- ● At least 2 years of experience in SAP systems or a related field.
- ● Experience in supporting at least one SAP Module, such as PP, PM, or QM, with a good understanding of SAP functionalities and related business processes.
- ● Experience working with end users, SAP consultants, or SAP vendors.
- ● Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
