Responsibilities

  • ● Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements.
  • ● Identify contractual risks, liabilities, obligations, and unfavorable provisions.
  • ● Provide practical legal advice on contractual and commercial matters.
  • ● Support contract negotiations, claims, notices, and dispute-related matters.
  • ● Ensure contracts comply with Saudi laws, company policies, approved templates, and governance requirements.
  • ● Develop and maintain standard contracts, clauses, templates, and legal guidelines.
  • ● Monitor contract records, approvals, deadlines, amendments, and outstanding actions.
  • ● Coordinate with Business Units, Procurement, Finance, external counsel, and contracting parties.
  • ● Supervise assigned legal employees, review their work, provide guidance, and support their development.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, or a related legal discipline.
  • ● -8 years of relevant legal experience, with significant experience in commercial contracts, drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • ● Strong knowledge of Saudi contractual and commercial legal requirements.
  • ● Strong experience in contractual risk assessment and legal advisory.
  • ● Strong legal drafting, research, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
