You will be part of a progressive business which values and supports internal career growth. We are looking for a team member who thrives in a busy sale driven environment, whilst having a laugh (and the occasional dance-off!) with each customer that walks through our doors.<br><br>Your Role<br><br><br> * Providing high levels of customer service and building strong rapport<br> * Sound Cash Handling and Eftpos<br> * Learn and maintain solid product knowledge across all pillars of the business<br> * Maintain high level of store standards, assist with merchandising and presentation<br> * Work towards budgets, targets and KPI’s<br> * Assist with stock control and quality management<br> * Follow national legislation, WHS and security guidelines<br> <br> <br><br>You Will Also Have<br><br><br> * A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets<br> * Proven ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment<br> * A happy, friendly and energetic personality<br> * A desire to deliver high quality customer service<br> * Valid Police Check Report is required if successful in interview stage<br> <br> <br><br>Would you like to know more?
