Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• ● Design and deliver enterprise level OCR / Intelligent Document Processing solutions following enterprise architecture standards. Define reusable OCR service patterns, internal design standards and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with security, data governance, audit and regulatory requirements.
• ● Architect, deploy and maintain Azure based OCR platforms leveraging Azure AI Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• ● Integrate OCR platforms with ERP, SAP, CRM, SharePoint and business workflow systems. Build APIs, event driven integrations and automated document processing pipelines, implement data validation and exception handling, and connect with enterprise identity & security systems.
• ● Implement RBAC, encryption, secrets management and audit logging. Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments, support internal audit and compliance controls.
• ● Manage production OCR environment availability. Monitor platform performance, throughput and operational health; troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis. Develop runbooks, SLA monitoring and disaster recovery plans. Requirements
• ● Technical Skills
• ● + years of Azure cloud or solution engineering experience
• ● Proven hands on experience designing and implementing enterprise OCR / IDP solutions
• ● Practical experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Key Vault, Azure DevOps and REST APIs
• ● Track record of building secure, resilient enterprise scale cloud architectures
• ● Proficiency in Python, C or .NET
