About the Company

We are seeking a Lead Administrator with 7 to 11 years of experience to manage and optimize our SAP systems within a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP on Azure SAP S/4HANA and SAP Basis Administration with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Transportation & Logistics. This role requires excellent English language skills and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.

Responsibilities

  • ● Oversee the administration and optimization of SAP systems including SAP on Azure and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless operations.
  • ● Manage SAP BTP and HANA DB Administration tasks to maintain system integrity and performance.
  • ● Implement and monitor NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Admin processes to support business functions.
  • ● Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis Administration to resolve issues promptly.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Supply Chain Management and Transportation & Logistics processes.
  • ● Develop and execute strategies to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  • ● Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP administration.
  • ● Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal system health.
  • ● Coordinate with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
  • ● Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and innovations into existing SAP systems.
  • ● Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster skill development.
  • ● Prepare and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • ● Support the hybrid work model by ensuring remote access and security protocols are in place.

Requirements

  • ● Possess a strong technical background in SAP on Azure and SAP S/4HANA Administration.
  • ● Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration and SAP HANA DB Administration.
  • ● Have experience in NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration.
  • ● Exhibit domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Transportation & Logistics.
  • ● Show proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken.
  • ● Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • ● Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
