Responsibilities

  • ● Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.
  • ● Configure EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management functionalities.
  • ● Build Omni Scripts, Flex Cards, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • ● Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
  • ● Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
  • ● Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams.
  • ● good years of Salesforce development experience.
  • ● Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
  • ● Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
  • ● Experience with Omni Studio components.
  • ● Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • ● Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.
  • ● Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
  • ● Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
  • ● Salesforce Industries certification.
  • ● MuleSoft integration exposure.
  • ● Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
  • ● Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
  • ● Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
