Responsibilities

  • ● Support and enhance SAP SD/OTC solutions.
  • ● Participate in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
  • ● Manage and resolve support tickets while respecting SLAs.
  • ● Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions.
  • ● Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • ● Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
  • ● Work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • ● Required Qualifications
  • ● + years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) .
  • ● Strong understanding of:
  • ● Sales Order Processing
  • ● Delivery Processing
  • ● Shipment Processing
  • ● Invoice Processing
  • ● SD Master Data
  • ● SD Organizational Structure
  • ● User Exits, Customer Exits, and VOFM Routines
  • ● SD Tables and Structures
  • ● Knowledge of ASAP and ITIL methodologies.
  • ● Relevant SAP certification is preferred.

  • ● Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Consultant(e) SAP OTC/SD expérimenté(e) pour soutenir un important client international. La personne retenue participera à des projets d'implémentation, de déploiement et de support SAP, tout en collaborant avec des équipes à l'échelle mondiale.
  • ● Principales responsabilités
  • ● Assurer le support et l'amélioration des solutions SAP SD/OTC .
  • ● Participer aux projets d'implantation, de déploiement et de support.
  • ● Gérer et résoudre les incidents tout en respectant les niveaux de service (SLA).
  • ● Effectuer l'analyse des causes racines (RCA) et proposer des solutions durables.
  • ● Collaborer avec les intervenants d'affaires et techniques.
  • ● Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et au partage des meilleures pratiques.
  • ● Travailler de manière autonome tout en favorisant la collaboration au sein de l'équipe.
  • ● Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience SAP , avec une solide expertise en SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) .
  • ● Expérience en projets d'implantation, de support et de déploiement.
