We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP WM Consultant with 8+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) , preferably with hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects . The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring SAP WM processes, supporting integration with other SAP modules, and delivering end-to-end warehouse management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and participate in SAP WM implementation and rollout projects on S/4HANA.
  • ● Gather and analyse business requirements related to warehouse and inventory management.
  • ● Perform SAP WM configuration and prepare functional specifications where required.
  • ● Configure and support key WM processes, including:
  • ● Inbound and outbound processes
  • ● Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI)
  • ● Putaway and picking
  • ● Transfer Orders / Transfer Requirements
  • ● Physical Inventory
  • ● Stock movements and storage strategies
  • ● Warehouse structure and storage types
  • ● Work closely with SAP MM, SD, PP and other integrated modules to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
  • ● Support integration with logistics execution and related warehouse processes.
  • ● Prepare functional design documents, test scripts and process documentation.
  • ● Conduct unit testing, integration testing and support UAT.
  • ● Identify and resolve configuration and production issues.
  • ● Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, reports and integrations.
  • ● Provide user training and support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
  • ● Participate in cutover, data migration and go-live activities.
  • ● Work with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • ● 8+ years of SAP experience , with strong hands-on experience in SAP WM.
  • ● Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects .
  • ● Excellent understanding of warehouse management business processes.
  • ● Strong SAP WM configuration and troubleshooting skills.
  • ● Good knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SD .
  • ● Experience with inventory management and logistics execution processes.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with onsite/offshore teams.
  • ● Experience with S/4HANA Warehouse Management and migration/transition projects.
  • ● Exposure to SAP EWM is an added advantage.
  • ● Experience with RF/mobile warehouse processes is preferred.
  • ● Knowledge of interfaces and integration with third-party warehouse systems is a plus.
  • ● Experience in global implementation or rollout projects is preferred.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ● SAP certification is an advantage.
