The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space. Responsibilities

  • ● Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
  • ● Ensure the restaurant/bar area are H&S compliant for each shift.
  • ● Run the daily briefing for the restaurant & bar team.
  • ● Coordinate and run the reservations system.
  • ● Draft floor plan based on covers.
  • ● Support with F&B stock; ordering and stock counts.
  • ● Support with training for the F&B team.
  • ● Labour scheduling.
  • ● Cash handling and daily reporting of revenues as per hotel SOP's.
  • ● Responsible for the service on the floor and bar.
  • ● Responsible for the safe opening and closing of the restaurant.
  • ● Work with the culinary team on menus, service and product availability.
