About the Company

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity Consultant to join our team and work on Salesforce CRM implementation projects within the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), OmniStudio, CPQ and Order Management, along with strong Salesforce development and integration skills.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and implement Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity solutions.
  • ● Work on CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM solutions.
  • ● Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
  • ● Support end-to-end Salesforce implementation, including design, development, testing and deployment.
  • ● Support migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce/Vlocity.

Requirements

  • ● 10-12+ years of overall Salesforce CRM implementation experience.
  • ● 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  • ● Strong understanding of the Telecommunications industry.
  • ● Experience in at least one full Salesforce Industries / Vlocity implementation, preferably in Telecom.
  • ● Strong knowledge of CPQ, Order Management, EPC and CLM.
  • ● Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors and Cards Framework.
  • ● Strong Salesforce development and integration skills across Apex, SOQL/SQL, JavaScript, XML/JSON, Visualforce, REST and SOAP.
  • ● Experience migrating legacy systems/CRM platforms to Salesforce/Vlocity.
  • ● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
