About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Review and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• ● Process supplier invoices and payment requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• ● Maintain and reconcile supplier accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• ● Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
• ● Record accounts payable transactions accurately in the ERP system.
• ● Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding invoices, payments, and supplier account discrepancies.
• ● Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• ● Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare accounts payable reports as required.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ● -5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable within contracting companies.
• ● Practical experience using ERP systems.
• ● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• ● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• ● Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
