Responsibilities
- ● Repair, maintain, and install kitchen and laundry equipment to meet hotel standards
- ● Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment
- ● Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required
- ● Complete work orders, PPM and CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- ● Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures
Requirements
- ● High School Diploma
- ● Electrical Trade Certificate
- ● 5 or more years of experience as a Kitchen Technician in hospitality
- ● Strong problem-solving skills
- ● Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ● Knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment and safety
