Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • ● 3-8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting production systems
  • ● Strong experience with core Salesforce platforms (e.g. Service Cloud), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration
  • ● Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and APIs
  • ● Experience working in Agile software development environments
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ● Salesforce Platform Developer certification
  • ● Experience implementing or extending Salesforce Education Cloud
  • ● Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and third-party systems
  • ● Exposure to mission-critical or government-scale platforms
  • ● Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus
