  • ● Investigate production issues, identify root causes and independently implement configuration solutions.
  • ● Configure Business Process workflows, condition rules and approval routing.
  • ● Troubleshoot payroll, time calculation and absence-related system issues.
  • ● Work closely with HR and Payroll stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday enhancements.
  • ● Support testing, system releases, configuration improvements and post-production optimization.
  • ● Contribute to Workday improvements associated with organizational growth and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • ● Approximately 5+ years of Workday experience in a functional analyst or HRIS position.
  • ● Strong hands-on Workday configuration skills.
  • ● Practical experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and Business Processes.
  • ● Experience independently troubleshooting and resolving Workday configuration issues.

  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
  • ● Canadian Workday Payroll configuration experience.
  • ● Experience supporting unionized and non-unionized workforces.
  • ● Familiarity with complex payroll, time and absence requirements.
  • ● Permanent position within an established HR Technology team.
  • ● Three weeks' vacation and three personal days.
  • ● Benefits from day one.
  • ● RRSP matching program.
  • ● Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful Workday improvements.
  • ● If you enjoy solving complex Workday configuration challenges and want to take ownership of system improvements, we'd love to hear from you.
  • ● Apply with your CV and highlight a configuration change you've personally implemented in Workday.
  • ● We welcome applications from qualified individuals and support reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process.
