About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financial modules, implementation projects, production support, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • ● Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • ● Perform business process mapping and functional configuration.
  • ● Lead and support Oracle Financials implementation and enhancement projects.
  • ● Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • ● Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and other project documentation.
  • ● Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • ● Support SIT, UAT, testing activities, defect resolution, and Go-Live processes.
  • ● Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions where required.
  • ● Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud .
  • ● Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials .
  • ● Hands-on experience in:
  • ● General Ledger (GL)
  • ● Accounts Payable (AP)
  • ● Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • ● Fixed Assets (FA)
  • ● Cash Management (CM)
  • ● Expenses
  • ● Purchasing (PO) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • ● Experience in Oracle implementation and production support environments.
  • ● Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
  • ● Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, testing, issue resolution, and Go-Live support.
  • ● Experience preparing functional specifications and project documentation.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management and business user coordination skills.
  • ● Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • ● Immediate joiners are mandatory.
  • ● Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
  • ● Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
