About the Role

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will design, develop, and implement scalable Agent force solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • ● You will configure and customize Agent force, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
  • ● You will develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
  • ● You will integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
  • ● You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • ● You will participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and code reviews.
  • ● You will perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure high-quality, scalable code.
  • ● You will follow Salesforce development best practices, governance standards, and deployment processes.

Requirements

  • ● You must have prior experience in Salesforce.
  • ● You must have strong experience with Agent force, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
  • ● You must have experience building AI-powered solutions using Agent force, Einstein Copilot, or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
  • ● You must have a good understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration tools.
  • ● You must have hands-on experience with Salesforce testing across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent force solutions.
  • ● You must have a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • ● You must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • ● You must have Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Nice to Have

  • ● You are preferred to have exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • ● You are preferred to have Platform Developer II, AI Specialist, or Agent force Specialist certifications.
