About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Security Analyst to strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity posture. The role will focus on security monitoring, access management, Microsoft 365 protection, network security, risk assessment and implementation of security controls across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • ● Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's cybersecurity and information security framework .
  • ● Establish and maintain appropriate security controls for network, systems, users and data access .
  • ● Manage and review security configurations related to Firewalls, Active Directory, VPN, Routers, Antivirus and Mobile Device Management .
  • ● Regularly assess user accounts, permissions and access privileges in Active Directory and recommend necessary improvements.
  • ● Monitor VPN security and ensure access policies remain aligned with organisational requirements.
  • ● Identify potential vulnerabilities and conduct security risk and threat assessments across different access channels.
  • ● Develop and maintain policies covering network access, password management and secure data usage .
  • ● Monitor endpoint security and antivirus platforms while coordinating with the technical team for timely resolution of security issues.
  • ● Assess cybersecurity risks across email systems, databases, websites and other digital platforms .

Requirements

  • ● Graduate in Computer Science / IT or Relevant
  • ● Role: IT Security Analyst
  • ● 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline .
  • ● Relevant Cybersecurity certification will be an advantage.
  • ● Strong understanding of network and endpoint security, Active Directory, Firewalls, VPNs and Microsoft 365 security .
