Medical Director

Job Description To provide clinical leadership for the Integrated Care Center (ICC), ensuring delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. The Medical Director is accountable for clinical governance, physician performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment of clinical services with organizational goals, including quality outcomes, patient experience, and cost-effective care. Clinical Leadership, Governance, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance Provide overall clinical leadership for the ICC clinical services and medical operations Enforce clinical policies, protocols, and standards of care Lead clinical governance meetings and medical committee activities in the center Oversee the credentialing and privileging process for all medical staff Ensure compliance with MOH KSA regulations and CBAHI accreditation standards Lead CBAHI accreditation preparation and audit activities for the center with collaboration with Medical Quality team Maintain up-to-date policies per CBAHI chapter standards. Respond to regulatory authority inquiries and inspection findings Ensure maintenance of accurate medical records and documentation standards Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Monitor clinical KPIs and quality indicators Lead root cause analysis for adverse events and near-misses Implement evidence-based clinical improvement initiatives Champion a culture of patient safety across all care team Oversee IPSG implementation
