Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Abu Dhabi We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with 10-13 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi . Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide production support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications and resolve functional issues within agreed SLAs.
  • ● Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
  • ● Participate in new Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and rollouts , from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
  • ● Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • ● Support configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
  • ● Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scenarios, and user guidance.
  • ● Coordinate with technical/integration teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • ● Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend Oracle best practices.

  • ● Experience participating in Oracle Fusion HCM rollouts/implementations .
  • ● Ability to independently analyze functional issues and provide solutions.
  • ● Strong experience working with HR business stakeholders and end users.
  • ● Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations and dependencies with other HCM modules.
  • ● Experience with testing, defect management, release management, and deployment activities.
  • ● Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • ● Experience with Oracle Redwood UX adoption and rollout .
  • ● Experience with Oracle quarterly releases and impact assessment.
  • ● Experience working on global/multi-country HCM implementations.
  • ● Knowledge of Oracle HCM reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • ● Exposure to Oracle HCM security and role management.
