Responsibilities
- ● Lead P&L for sea, air, multimodal forwarding and shipping / liner-agency operations.
- ● Set commercial strategy for trade lanes, pricing and carrier contracts.
- ● Drive volume and margin growth across key accounts and target verticals.
- ● Build relationships with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs and customs partners.
- ● Ensure booking, documentation, customs clearance and on-time delivery excellence.
- ● Manage and develop the freight forwarding and shipping team across FLOW's markets.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics or a related field
- ● + years in freight forwarding / shipping, including leadership roles
- ● Strong carrier, agency and regulator network in KSA / GCC
- ● Proven P&L ownership and commercial negotiation track record
