About the Company

We're recruiting an SAP O2C Consultant for a global manufacturer's APAC hub in Kuala Lumpur. You'll own order-to-cash execution end-to-end.

About the Role

You're responsible for order-to-cash operations across a global customer base on S/4HANA. This is hands-on and visible: managing sales orders, pricing and billing, credit management, and revenue recognition. You'll work directly with commercial and finance leadership, making decisions that impact customer experience and cash flow. Real influence over how the business executes the full order cycle.

Requirements

  • ● 5+ years SAP O2C/sales (SD, FI-AR modules)
  • ● S/4HANA experience: configuration, implementation, or migration
  • ● Solid grasp of the full order-to-cash cycle: order creation, delivery, billing, revenue recognition
  • ● Strong command of pricing, credit management, and billing procedures
  • ● Stakeholder management chops: you'll engage with sales, finance, and operations teams
  • ● Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese: a real advantage for regional engagement
  • ● Hands-on O2C roles in mature S/4HANA environments that bridge commercial and finance are hard to find. You'll have real autonomy, clear visibility to commercial and finance leadership, and the chance to shape customer experience and cash-flow strategy for a region. Not a backfill - a proper consultant hire.
