Responsibilities

  • ● To manage endpoint security platforms, including policy configuration, agent deployment, threat monitoring, incident investigation, and remediation activities.
  • ● Monitoring and investigating security alerts from security systems (endpoint protection, firewalls, etc)
  • ● Perform security log analysis & review to identify anomalies for further investigation
  • ● Participate in any data security breach investigation and response.
  • ● Conduct periodic network and system vulnerability scans and assist in remediation efforts
  • ● Maintain & update security documentation (security policies, guidelines & procedures)
  • ● Coordinate cybersecurity awareness programs, simulations, and training activities for employees.
  • ● Manage and coordinate the deployment of security patches for IT infrastructure and endpoint devices.
  • ● Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cybersecurity and related IT projects.

Requirements

  • ● Advanced Diploma or Degree in Cybersecurity/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • ● Candidates with Security Certifications eg. CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA PenTest+, CEH and any other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
  • ● Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, cybersecurity or system administration.
  • ● Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player.
  • ● Basic understanding of fundamental security concepts like firewalls, encryption, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, etc.).
  • ● Exposure to security technologies such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, or endpoint protection software.
  • ● Strong attention to detail when reviewing reports, logs, or security scans.
  • ● Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for investigating security incidents and technical issues.
  • ● Hands-on experience in deploying and managing endpoint security platforms, with knowledge of threat detection, malware prevention, and incident response processes, will be an added advantage.
  • ● Full-time position is available to be based at Menara Hap Seng, Kuala Lumpur.
  • ● Monday - Thursday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
  • ● Friday: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
  • ● Saturday (Alternate): 9.00 am -12.30 pm
