Pantavanij is one of Southeast Asia's leading eProcurement platform providers, delivering comprehensive cloud-based procurement solutions to large enterprises across a wide range of industries. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for talented and passionate professionals to join our team and be part of our continued growth and success.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience leading enterprise-level procurement, eProcurement, and ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills with solid knowledge of procurement processes, enterprise systems, and ERP environments. This role will be responsible for leading complex eProcurement implementation projects for large enterprise customers from project initiation, requirements and solution alignment, implementation, testing, and deployment through go-live and stabilization. The Senior Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while effectively managing risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations to achieve successful implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end delivery of eProcurement implementation projects for large enterprise customers, from project initiation, requirement gathering and solution design through testing, go-live and hypercare.
  • ● Own project scope, plan, budget, resources and timeline; manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests to deliver on time, within budget and to agreed quality.
  • ● Facilitate business requirement workshops and fit-gap analysis across procurement processes.
  • ● Translate business requirements into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications, working closely with solution consultants, developers and QA teams.
  • ● Coordinate integration with customers' ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), covering master data (vendor, material, cost center) and PR/PO, goods receipt and invoice flows.
  • ● Establish and run project governance, including steering committee meetings, working team meetings, status reporting and executive updates to customer and internal management.
  • ● Manage stakeholders across multiple business units and third-party partners, align expectations, and resolve escalations in a timely manner.
  • ● Lead change management activities throughout the project lifecycle, including stakeholder impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, user adoption and transition planning, to ensure successful implementation and sustainable adoption of new processes and systems.
  • ● Establish and manage project change control processes, including change request assessment, impact analysis, effort and cost estimation, approval, prioritization and implementation tracking.
  • ● Lead UAT planning, data migration, cutover and go-live readiness, and ensure effective user training and adoption.
  • ● Mentor project managers and project team members, and contribute to delivery methodology, templates and best practices.
  • ● Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, internal policies, security standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • ● Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years leading enterprise ERP, eProcurement, or procurement system implementation projects.
  • ● Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes, including Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), with practical experience in procurement platforms or ERP solutions such as SAP (MM / Ariba), Oracle Procurement, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • ● Good understanding of enterprise system integration concepts, including APIs, interfaces, master data integration, data migration, and ERP integration flows.
  • ● Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale and complex implementation projects involving multiple business units, stakeholders, vendors, system integrators, and third-party partners.
  • ● Strong experience in project governance, risk and issue management, change control, resource planning, budget management, and executive-level reporting.
  • ● Experience in organizational change management, including stakeholder impact assessment, communication, training, change readiness, and user adoption.
  • ● Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • ● Experience managing key implementation activities, including requirements management, SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • ● Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
  • ● Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • ● Good command of Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • ● PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. CIPS or other procurement-related certifications are an advantage.
  • ● Experience in eProcurement, SaaS, or cloud-based enterprise solution implementation, preferably within a consulting, technology, or system implementation environment.
  • ● Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively at executive and steering committee levels.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously, including cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • ● Strong customer orientation with the ability to balance business requirements, product capabilities, technical constraints, timeline, cost, and delivery risks.
