About the Company

Hays have partnered with a large Holding Group who are seeking a Group FP&A Manager to join their team in Jeddah. The FP&A Manager will lead the Group's financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting agenda. The role acts as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior management, providing forward looking financial insights, challenging business performance, and supporting key strategic and investment decisions across the Group.

Responsibilities

  • ● &A matters, drive consistency in financial planning and reporting, and ensure management has clear visibility of the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • ● Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential.
  • ● + years progressive experience with at last 3 years in a management or leadership role
  • ● Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, performance management, or business finance, ideally within a large Group, holding company, or multinational environment.
  • ● Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong experience in ERP, EPM, planning, and BI systems.
  • ● Fluent Arabic and English speaker is key.
