About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to drive technical delivery on a dedicated Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation. This role is built around Communications Cloud; you will leverage your deep, hands-on commercial experience to build, customize, and integrate complex solutions tailored to the communications sector. Please note: Genuine, commercial project delivery experience within Salesforce Communications Cloud is a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Candidates without hands-on Communications Cloud project experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • ● Communications Cloud Delivery: Architect, build, and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions with a direct focus on Communications Cloud functionality and industry-specific requirements.
  • ● Custom Development: Develop advanced custom components, automations, and integrations utilizing deep expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • ● End-to-End Execution: Drive the full development lifecycle within an Agile environment, translating business and technical requirements into robust platform solutions.
  • ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with technical architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to take ownership of development outcomes.
  • ● Platform Excellence: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support testing and deployment releases, and champion Salesforce development standards and best practices.
  • ● The Core Mandate: Demonstrable, real-world commercial experience delivering a Salesforce Communications Cloud project. You must be able to showcase where you have applied your technical skills specifically within this environment.
  • ● Technical Mastery: Senior-level Salesforce development expertise, highlighted by strong, hands-on capability with Apex and LWC.
  • ● Platform Architecture: A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.
  • ● Problem Solving: The ability to operate independently, take full ownership of technical challenges, and resolve complex platform issues.
  • ● Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
  • ● Based in New South Wales (NSW) or Melbourne .
  • ● Hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week onsite .
