Responsibilities

  • ● Act as the functional PIC for SAP Finance, covering AP, AR, GL, Bank, Fixed Assets, CO and Finance Reporting across multiple entities/countries.
  • ● Perform SAP FICO configuration, application support, incident/problem management and change requests across Fiori and SAP GUI.
  • ● Work closely with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
  • ● Design and support SAP FICO integrations, working with SD, MM, EWM, ABAP and Integration/Boomi teams to ensure accurate end-to-end financial postings.
  • ● Review functional and technical specifications prepared by ABAP developers and define required SAP configuration.
  • ● Coordinate SIT/UAT, deployment, enhancements and SAP AMS/implementation partners.
  • ● Provide SAP FICO training, user support and knowledge transfer to Finance users.
  • ● .Promote SAP standard functionality and best practices, minimizing unnecessary customization.

Requirements

  • ● Degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
  • ● Related working experience 10+ years.
  • ● 5+ years of SAP FICO configuration experience, including SAP S/4HANA.
  • ● Strong hands-on knowledge of FI/CO, Fiori and SAP GUI.
  • ● Fiori Embedded Analytics experience is an added advantage.
  • ● Experience with SAP configuration, integrations, APIs/OData, Fiori Analytic reporting, and ABAP coordination.
  • ● Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting principles.
  • ● Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Finance, IT and external SAP partners.
  • ● SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
  • ● Must be Malaysians, PR and Talent Pass.
