We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with expertise in EBS to join our team in KSA. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for Oracle HCM EBS applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HCM EBS applications
  • ● Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • ● Configure and customize Oracle HCM EBS applications to meet client requirements
  • ● Conduct system analysis, design, and development to support new and existing business processes
  • ● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM EBS applications
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle EBS applications
  • ● Keep up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM EBS releases and updates
  • ● Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM EBS applications
  • ● Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation activities
  • ● Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • ● Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM EBS applications
  • ● Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM EBS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
  • ● Experience with Oracle HCM EBS implementations, upgrades, and support
  • ● Experience with Oracle HCM EBS integration with other systems
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • ● Willingness to travel to client sites in KSA as needed
