About the Role

You'll lead the Finance (FI/CO) workstream on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition engagements. That means running Fit-to-Standard workshops with client finance leads, holding the design decisions that come out of them, and taking responsibility for configuration quality, testing and cutover readiness through to go-live. You'll also direct the work of consultants and analysts on your workstream, and contribute to bids and to the accelerators the CoE reuses across clients.

Responsibilities

  • ● You'll run Fit-to-Standard workshops with client finance leads, hold the design decisions that come out of them, and take responsibility for configuration quality, testing and cutover readiness through to go-live.
  • ● You'll direct the work of consultants and analysts on your workstream.
  • ● You'll contribute to bids and to the accelerators the CoE reuses across clients.

Requirements

  • ● You have demonstrable experience leading Finance (FI/CO) workstreams through full lifecycle SAP implementations.
  • ● You have working knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and a Fit-to-Standard delivery approach.
  • ● You have confidence running workshops with senior client finance stakeholders and managing scope conversations directly.
  • ● You have experience guiding and reviewing the work of consultants and analysts.

Nice to Have

  • ● You have UK public sector delivery experience across local government, policing, health or housing.
  • ● You have SAP certification in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Finance.
  • ● You have exposure to bid and proposal work.
