Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Nexttec Technology is a leading outsourcing company that specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective technology solutions to businesses. Our team of experts is committed to delivering exceptional services and driving business growth for our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM and a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices. As a functional consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our clients, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- ● Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs
- ● Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with client's HR processes and policies
- ● Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- ● Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation
- ● Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that may arise
- ● Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Oracle Fusion HCM and provide recommendations for process improvements
- ● Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems
- ● Document all project activities and provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
- ● Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and client presentations
- ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM
- ● Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- ● Experience with at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
- ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ● Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ● Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- ● Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus
