About the Company

The SAP UAT Test Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business readiness for SAP system deployments. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, testing teams, and project leadership to deliver a successful UAT phase.

Responsibilities

  • ● Ensure UAT readiness, including test planning, environments, data, and resources.
  • ● Coordinate business testers and manage testing schedules and execution activities.
  • ● Monitor daily testing progress and ensure test cases are executed as planned.
  • ● Lead defect triage sessions, prioritising issues and driving timely resolution.
  • ● Identify, track, and escalate testing risks and critical issues.
  • ● Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and testing metrics to stakeholders.
  • ● Coordinate defect retesting and validation activities.
  • ● Engage business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout UAT.
  • ● Manage UAT exit criteria and assess overall testing completion and quality.
  • ● Support business sign-off by providing testing results, defect status, and readiness recommendations.
  • ● Strong experience managing SAP User Acceptance Testing within large-scale transformation or implementation projects.
  • ● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • ● Proven ability to manage defects, risks, and testing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
