Working closely with business, technology and delivery teams, you'll shape scalable architecture solutions that support strategic growth and drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead the design of end-to-end RFID solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- ● Develop and maintain solution architectures, technical designs, blueprints and documentation.
- ● Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
- ● Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to define scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
- ● Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and scalability requirements.
- ● Evaluate technologies, vendors and solution options, providing recommendations and managing technical risks.
- ● Support successful implementation and integration of RFID capabilities across retail and supply chain platforms.
Requirements
- ● Strong experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
- ● Proven experience designing and delivering RFID solutions within retail or supply chain operations.
- ● Deep understanding of retail technology, inventory management and stock visibility processes.
- ● Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles, frameworks and best practices.
- ● Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- ● Ability to balance business priorities, technical requirements and delivery objectives in a complex environment.
