About the Company
We are currently supporting a client looking for an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis. Important: Candidates must currently reside in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- ● Support SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) implementation and enhancement activities.
- ● Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- ● Configure and optimise SAP C4C functionality.
- ● Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- ● Support SAP C4C integrations with SAP and wider enterprise systems.
- ● Assist with testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
- ● Provide documentation and ongoing support.
- ● Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- ● Strong hands-on SAP C4C experience.
- ● Experience across implementation, configuration and/or support.
- ● Good understanding of CRM processes.
- ● Experience working with SAP integrations.
- ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- ● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
