We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise workforce management solutions while working with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams. Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale transformation programs and modernize critical HR and payroll platforms. Role: Associate Manager - SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the functional design and configuration of SAP Time Management solutions.
  • ● Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
  • ● Configure and support time evaluation rules, attendance and absence management, leave quotas, shift patterns, and workforce scheduling processes.
  • ● Partner with payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between time management and payroll processing.
  • ● Support system upgrades, testing activities, and transformation programs involving SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and workforce management platforms.
  • ● Translate complex workforce agreements, award interpretations, and business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • ● Provide trusted advisory services to clients and guide junior consultants throughout delivery engagements.
  • ● Drive issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational support activities.

Requirements

  • ● Deep SAP Time Management Expertise: hands-on experience in SAP HCM / S/4HANA Time Management, including expert-level mastery of SAP Time Schemas, Schema Rules (PCRs), Time Manager's Workplace (TMW), and CATS. with hands-on knowledge of time rules and schema.
  • ● Experience integrating SAP HCM/Payroll with external workforce tools like WorkForce Software (WFM), UKG Pro, and SAP Fieldglass (for contractor/contingent worker time tracking).
  • ● Proven experience delivering SAP Time Management solutions. Knowledge of SuccessFactors Time Management would be an add-on skill.
  • ● Excellent client-facing, facilitation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical executive stakeholders is a must
  • ● Strong understanding of workforce management, rostering, leave administration, and payroll integration.
  • ● Experience working with Australian enterprise organizations, ideally within government or highly regulated environments.
  • ● Demonstrated stakeholder management and consulting experience in client-facing environments.
  • ● Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, Employee Central Time Management, or hybrid SAP landscapes.
  • ● Ability to lead workshops, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • ● Experience supporting upgrades, migrations, testing, and production support activities is highly regarded.
