● Lead and supervise the Evening/Night shift operations team.
● Allocate daily tasks and monitor work completion.
● Track attendance, productivity, and overall team performance.
● Guide, coach, and support team members to improve performance.
● Coordinate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
● Ensure daily targets are completed within timelines and quality standards.
● Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns when required.
● Ensure all company SOPs, processes, and quality guidelines are followed.
● Conduct regular quality checks and provide feedback to the team.
● Maintain operational reports, attendance records, and productivity trackers.
● Share shift updates and operational reports with management.
● Support onboarding and training of new team members.
● Promote discipline, accountability, and a positive work environment.
● Eligibility & Skills
● Graduate in any discipline.
● -8 years of experience in Operations, BPO, Back Office, AI Operations, or Team Management.
● Prior experience leading a team is Mandatory.
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, and reporting tools.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
