About the Company

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Administrator & Configuration Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience to manage, configure, maintain, and optimize the organization's SuccessFactors environment. The role will be responsible for system administration, configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, integration support, reporting, and user support across various SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the SAP SuccessFactors platform effectively supports business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • ● System Administration & Configuration
  • ● Administer and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  • ● Configure and support SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
  • ● Manage system setup, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, role-based permissions (RBP), and data security.
  • ● Configure employee data fields, organizational structures, approval workflows, and forms.
  • ● Perform system testing, validation, and deployment of configuration changes.
  • ● Ensure system configurations align with HR policies and business requirements.
  • ● Module Management
  • ● Provide administration and configuration support for one or more of the following modules:
  • ● Employee Central (EC)
  • ● Performance & Goals
  • ● Recruiting Management (RCM)
  • ● Onboarding 2.0
  • ● Compensation
  • ● Succession & Development
  • ● Learning Management System (LMS)
  • ● Career Development Planning (CDP)

  • ● System Enhancements & Projects
  • ● Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • ● SAP SuccessFactors Certification is highly preferred.
  • ● Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Administration and Configuration experience .
