Responsibilities
- ● Take ownership of Salesforce business performance from both revenue and project delivery perspectives, including driving pipeline and sales opportunities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
- ● Design end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects.
- ● Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
- ● Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects
- ● Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Service cloud
- ● Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
- ● Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery
- ● Lead pre-sales activities
- ● Mentorship of Salesforce team members and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements
- ● Certification or relevant working experience in Sales and Service Cloud
- ● Minimum 12 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration
- ● Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting
- ● Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required
