About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with proven commercial experience delivering Salesforce Communications Cloud projects. This is a genuine Communications Cloud development role. The client has specifically requested someone who has hands-on commercial experience working on and completing a Communications Cloud project . If you have strong Salesforce development experience but have not worked commercially with Communications Cloud, this role will not be suitable. The client has made commercial Communications Cloud experience mandatory . Candidates without commercial Communications Cloud project experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • ● Senior-level Salesforce development experience
  • ● Proven commercial experience delivering a Salesforce Communications Cloud project
  • ● Strong hands-on development experience with Apex and LWC
  • ● Experience building, customising and integrating Salesforce solutions
  • ● Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
  • ● Experience with Salesforce configuration and customisation
  • ● Ability to work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment
  • ● Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • ● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ● Worked on a real-world Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation/project
  • ● Delivered development work within Communications Cloud
  • ● Hands-on experience developing and customising solutions within the platform
  • ● Applied your Salesforce development skills, particularly Apex and LWC , within a Communications Cloud environment
  • ● Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC
  • ● Working on Salesforce Communications Cloud functionality and projects
  • ● Translating technical and business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • ● Developing custom components, automation and integrations
  • ● Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • ● Working closely with architects, functional consultants, business stakeholders and other developers
  • ● Supporting testing, deployment and release activities
  • ● Contributing to Salesforce development standards and best practices

Requirements

  • ● This role would suit a Senior Salesforce Developer who has already worked on a Communications Cloud implementation and can demonstrate genuine hands-on project delivery experience.
  • ● You should be comfortable operating independently, taking ownership of development work and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.
