About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Lead who can assess current business operations , identify required process changes to align with SAP , and ensure that future processes are practical, executable, and aligned with real operational conditions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Review BBPs / process designs across all functions
  • ● Conduct detailed on-ground assessments (plants, farms, logistics, finance)
  • ● Identify gaps between current operations and required SAP-aligned processes
  • ● Define specific changes required in daily workflows
  • ● Validate that designed processes are practical and executable on ground
  • ● Identify constraints, inefficiencies, and operational risks
  • ● Challenge SAP design where misaligned with business reality
  • ● Ensure process fitment to system is maximized
  • ● Drive standardization across functions (e.g., production, procurement, logistics)
  • ● Eliminate manual workarounds and inconsistencies
  • ● Define clear, structured workflows aligned with SAP
  • ● Work closely with business owners to validate process changes
  • ● Ensure ownership of new processes within business teams
  • ● Align leadership on required operational changes
  • ● Ensure processes are clearly understood before UAT
  • ● Support definition of business scenarios for UAT
  • ● Validate that business can execute processes (independent of system training)
  • ● Strong business process understanding ( operations, supply chain, finance )
  • ● Ability to assess and redesign operational workflows
  • ● Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / agriculture environments
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • ● Ability to challenge and influence business stakeholders
  • ● High process fitment to SAP
  • ● Clear, standardized, executable business processes
  • ● Minimal process-related issues during UAT
