Responsibilities

  • ● Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
  • ● Handle client and subcontractor RA billing.
  • ● Conduct and verify site measurements.
  • ● Monitor budgets, quantities and project costs.
  • ● Prepare rate analysis.
  • ● Manage variations, deviations and extra items.
  • ● Review drawings and specifications for quantity implications.
  • ● Perform material reconciliation.
  • ● Maintain measurement and billing documentation.
  • ● Coordinate with project, procurement, planning and accounts teams.
  • ● Support cost forecasts and commercial reporting.
  • ● Candidate Profile
  • ● Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • ● -10 years of relevant quantity-surveying experience.
  • ● Strong BOQ, billing, measurement and rate-analysis knowledge.
  • ● Mivan-project exposure preferred.
  • ● Good understanding of contracts and tendering.
  • ● Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • ● Compensation
  • ● 50,000- 70,000 per month, subject to experience and suitability.

  • ● Bangalore: High-rise residential development comprising two towers with basements and approximately 31 floors, using Mivan formwork.
  • ● Amaravati/Vijayawada: Multi-storey 4-star hotel project with three basements.
  • ● We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying, billing, cost control and commercial documentation across high-rise residential and hospitality projects.
