Responsibilities
- ● Provide CDU/refinery process engineering expertise for AI and optimization solutions.
- ● Define operating logic, KPIs, engineering calculations, constraints and troubleshooting workflows.
- ● Validate AI alerts, predictions and recommendations against process and safety requirements.
- ● Support monitoring and optimization of desalters, heat exchangers, furnaces, columns, pumps and compressors.
- ● Provide domain inputs for yield prediction, energy optimization, corrosion monitoring and equipment performance.
- ● Review PFDs, P&IDs, operating procedures and plant data to build unit-specific engineering knowledge.
- ● Support model validation, UAT, solution demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
