About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain and complex presentations
• ● Provide evidence-based assessment, treatment and rehabilitation
• ● Develop clear, structured management plans and rehabilitation pathways
• ● Deliver progressive exercise, strength and conditioning programs
• ● Work closely with Dr Mondello and the wider clinical team
• ● Contribute to the development of our pain programs
• ● Mentor junior physiotherapists and support students
• ● Participate in regular clinical discussions and professional development

Requirements

• ● 4+ years' physiotherapy experience, preferably in private practice
• ● Current AHPRA registration and professional insurance
• ● Experience or a strong interest in chronic pain and pain management
• ● Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• ● Experience with exercise rehabilitation and progressive strengthening
• ● Clinical Pilates experience is advantageous
• ● A passion for ongoing learning and developing clinical expertise
• ● A postgraduate qualification or additional training in chronic pain or pain management would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
• ● Work alongside a Pain Specialist and develop your expertise in chronic pain
• ● Be involved in the growth of our Pain Programs
• ● Support patients through structured, goal-focused rehabilitation
• ● Regular internal PD, mentoring and clinical case discussions
• ● Support for relevant external professional development
• ● A collaborative team environment with clinical autonomy
