Responsibilities

  • ● Manage project progress and address issues to facilitate timely delivery.
  • ● Provide comprehensive support to users throughout system implementation projects.
  • ● Assist in business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • ● Coordinate project activities and provide PMO support in collaboration with stakeholders in Japanese.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in SAP project coordination, PMO, system implementation, or testing.
  • ● Proven experience in leading and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • ● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively engage with business users, functional teams, and vendors.
  • ● Experience in project governance, risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting.
  • ● Familiarity with cutover planning, data migration, and deployment activities.
  • ● Demonstrated strong problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination abilities.
  • ● Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA project implementations.
  • ● Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking client and internal stakeholders.
