Requirements
- ● 12+ years of enterprise application management experience.
- ● 5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.
- ● Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.
- ● Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- ● Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.
- ● Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
- ● Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
- ● Strong ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
- ● ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification
- ● Agile / Scrum Certification
- ● Service Delivery Management Experience
- ● Experience in Community Care, Aged Care is preferred
- ● Exposure to Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application Modernization Programs
