About the Role

You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilising comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting. As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)
  • 3 years of experience in mental health care or relevant social services environment.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
