Responsibilities

  • ● Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, CRM, and Fiori.
  • ● Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support package implementations, and enhancement pack upgrades.
  • ● Administer SAP HANA databases, including backup, restore, refresh, replication, and monitoring.
  • ● Manage SAP transport landscape (STMS) and coordinate transport migrations across environments.
  • ● Monitor SAP systems proactively and perform performance tuning activities.
  • ● Configure and manage SAP Web Dispatcher, Fiori, Gateway, and SAP BTP Cloud Connector.
  • ● Handle SAP client administration activities such as client copy, export/import, and refresh.
  • ● Implement and maintain SAP security, user administration, roles, profiles, and authorizations.
  • ● Configure SSL certificates using STRUST and manage SSO integrations.
  • ● Perform system refreshes, disaster recovery testing, and high-availability configurations.
  • ● Analyze and resolve SAP system issues, dumps, locks, and performance bottlenecks.
  • ● Support SAP audits, compliance activities, and security reviews.
  • ● Create technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture documents.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementations, migrations, and upgrade projects.
  • ● Participate in 24x7 support and critical issue resolution when required.
