Requirements

  • ● The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer, ideally within large-scale retail enterprise programs or ERP migrations.
  • ● The candidate must have proven experience translating High-Level Designs into comprehensive Detailed Level Designs and navigating them through an Architecture Review Board or similar governance body.
  • ● The candidate must have demonstrated experience executing tenant-to-tenant Azure migrations, including the moving of workloads, resources, and identities between disparate Azure tenancies.
  • ● The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering technical infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and stabilisation during post go-live Hypercare windows.
  • ● The candidate must have extensive hands-on experience implementing Azure Landing Zones aligned with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework principles.
  • ● The candidate must have deep proficiency with Terraform and Azure DevOps for automated, pipeline-driven infrastructure deployment.
  • ● The candidate must have strong hybrid and multi-cloud networking experience, including Azure Hub-and-Spoke, Azure Firewall policy management, ExpressRoute, and native routing protocols.
  • ● The candidate must have working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform networking concepts required to support multi-cloud connectivity, specifically VPCs, Cloud Routers, Network Connectivity Center topologies, and BGP route propagation over interconnects/VPNs.
  • ● The candidate must have experience managing data transport, transit routing, and DNS resolution between Azure, GCP, and on-premise data centres.
  • ● The candidate must have proven expertise in provisioning and tuning core Azure components like Azure SQL Managed Instance, SQL Server on IaaS, Azure Virtual Machines etc.
  • ● The candidate must have strong systems administration experience in both Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • ● The candidate must have proficiency using tools like Jira, Confluence and Service Now for agile task tracking, delivery and documentation
