Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and manage the daily operations of the Service Operations team to meet customer and business objectives.
  • ● Oversee service scheduling, work order management, customer support, and service contract administration.
  • ● Monitor service performance metrics and drive actions to improve productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • ● Partner with Field Service and Supply Chain teams to optimize spare parts inventory and service resource utilization.
  • ● Develop and implement data-driven process improvements and standard work practices.
  • ● Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards to support business decisions.
  • ● Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • ● Drive DBS/VES initiatives and support organizational change and transformation projects.
  • ● Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • ● 5+ years of experience in Service Operations, Technical Support, Customer Service, Field Service Coordination, or related functions.
  • ● Proven experience leading service scheduling, service coordination, or technical support teams.
  • ● Strong customer focus with a track record of improving service performance and customer satisfaction.
  • ● Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • ● Fluent in spoken and written English and Thai.
