Design, develop, implement, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. Develop backend logic supporting subscriptions, order management, and scheduling for application users. Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between Salesforce and the data warehouse. Design and optimize Service Cloud interfaces and workflows to deliver an efficient user experience for service agents.
