Job Overview : Currently, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant Extended Warehouse Management to join our team. Position: SAP Support Consultant - Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Module: Extended Warehouse Management Added Input: Upon submission of your application, a link to a questionnaire specific to the applied role will be provided. Responsibilities
- ● Incident Resolution: Promptly address and resolve SAP module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- ● Change Request Management: Provide advice and solutions to meet business change expectations and ensure timely delivery.
- ● Service Request Management: Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for Extended Warehouse Management processes.
- ● Configuration and Customization: Contribute to the configuration and customization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management
- ● Meeting SLA: Work closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed in a timely manner.
- ● At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management including strong understanding of EWM processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- ● Bachelor's degree in supply chain business, or other related fields.
- ● Hands-on project experience in SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- ● Knowledge of ABAP or the ability to perform basic debugging is an added benefit.
- ● Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ● Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet SLA commitments.
- ● Team player with the ability to collaborate with technical teams, business users, and regional stakeholders."
